Thanks Mark. Not sure why I couldn’t respond in a thread to your comment so I just stuck it here. I literally just came out of an interview where the participant was using a machine from her work which is a public sector organisation. As you can predict it was a challenge. I’m happy to approach these sessions because it’s in-house research. But if it was when we were both consulting I’d have been pretty nervous about this session due to client expectations.
